Biography

I spent much of my career in executive and director level roles in leading blue-chip organisations before shifting to consultancy. In 2010, after an illness, I moved to the south of France; keeping busy with a heady mix of bookkeeping, assisting a tree surgeon, and managing admin for a Belgian-run, Flemish-speaking vineyard!

Returning to the UK, I joined Bright Lights in January 2021 and took on leadership of the business in September 2023. I’m committed to excellence and passionate about driving success for our clients, the business, and our amazing team. I’m really proud to head up the company and thrive on the variety and challenges my role presents, striving to use my experience and leadership style to nurture continued development of the business and team alike.

Living by the beach in East Sussex, I’m happiest walking my dog, Bibi, along the surf or exploring the beautiful South Downs. Indoors, I turn to films, reading, trying my hand at watercolours and tackling DIY projects.
