Celebrating our 5th birthday back in February has led us to reflect on how far we’ve come.
It’s absolutely heartening to say that our core team has been with the company since its early inception as have many of our current clients - something we’re incredibly proud of.
And the irony; we’re a fully remote team, scattered far and wide across the UK, who have rarely met each other, let alone many of our clients!
So how have we built our team spirit and forged great relationships with the businesses we support?
We believe it boils down to our culture and our values, the latter of which are simple:
Being authentic in who we are and everything we do. Always putting our clients first, and continually striving for excellence.
Our culture sits behind our values. Firstly we are a team - committed to supporting each other, to transparency, and to kindness. But if that all sounds a bit warm and woolly, we are equally committed to holding each other to account for improving processes, raising standards and delivering real value. We constantly learn from each other and, above all, we never settle for ‘ok’.
We started out with 1 client, few skills and fewer services to offer but always with an ‘ask us’ mindset. 5 years on we have a truly extensive range of competencies in the team, allowing us to provide valuable, evidence-based, support to B2B consultants and SMEs. But we won’t stop learning and growing.
